What is happening on Redington Beach?+

16 Redington Development LLC is building a private collection of Gulf-front short-term rental residences along one mile of Redington Beach, Florida. Three are completed and operating, three are under construction, and additional lots are held for future residences.

Who is behind it?+

Jason and Jules Matthews lead the development, with construction delivered by Kelner Homes. The principals carry over 100 years of combined real-estate experience and a track record of large-scale waterfront and energy projects.

How long does each residence take to build?+

Approximately 12–16 months end to end: lot secured, roughly 90 days of design and permitting, then 8–10 months of ground-up construction, followed by completion and opening.
