Yes. We offer scheduled video walkthroughs in your timezone, including drone footage of the lot and shoreline.

Are off-market or pre-release residences shared?

Selected residences are introduced ahead of public listing to qualified buyers under NDA. Mention this in your note.

What is the typical timeline from inquiry to keys?

Available residences can close in 30–45 days with cash; coming-soon residences are reserved on contract with staged deposits.
